About the Role
As the Sales Lead, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention at our location. This pivotal role combines strategic sales efforts with community engagement to deliver 100% occupancy across our site. From fostering relationships with prospective and current Lodgers to identifying new opportunities for growth, you will ensure WorkLodge thrives as the workspace of choice for businesses.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for all sales-related activities while fostering a welcoming, collaborative environment.
Lead tours of our workspace solutions for potential Lodgers, tailoring every pitch to meet their unique needs and illustrating WorkLodge’s core values.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, attending networking events, and connecting with the local business community.
Collaborate with the community team to develop and promote events that drive leads and deepen Lodger engagement.
Maintain 100% follow-up compliance for tours, sales opportunities, and closing communications.
Generate growth through the promotion of WorkLodge’s service offerings, including meeting room rentals and additional business services.
Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent sales practices and a high standard of service.
Provide regular reporting on key metrics, including sales performance, occupancy rates, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven success in a B2B sales environment, preferably in a services-based industry.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic growth with client relationship management.
A passion for entrepreneurial communities and a mission-driven mindset.
College degree preferred but not required.
